You can log in to cPanel using this URL – your login details (username and password) will be in the welcome email that you received when your order was completed.
The cPanel GUI will open and a variety of icons will be presented, you can use these to control your websoace account. There is a cPanel user manual.
NB. Please check your contact information, on the cPanel main screen is a sentence “Please update your contact information here.” Check your email contact address by clicking the word “here”.
If you forget your cPanel password, you can click “Cancel” on the cpanel pop-up login screen and on the full-screen login page you can enter your cPanel username and click the button – an email will be sent to you (email from CPanel@yourdomain,com) with a link to retrieve a new password (choose the “non-SSL” link). Alternatively, send an email to our Wizard helpdesk email address and we can reset your password.
If you wish to change your cPanel password at anytime you can do so by clicking the “Change Password” icon on the cPanel main page.
